Kosova’s admission to the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf

On this day, Kosova’s Deaf Sports Association was admitted to the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf. Kosova’s admission to the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD) represents a significant step forward in the country’s sports development. This certification opens up new options for deaf athletes in Kosovo to compete in international athletic events organized exclusively for people with hearing impairments. By becoming a member of the ICSD, Kosova receives access to a global network of support, resources, and tournaments that will aid in the development of deaf sports in the country. This accomplishment not only recognizes the talent and potential of Kosovar deaf athletes but also encourages inclusivity and equality in the world of sports for people with hearing disabilities.
